The Classic, has been styled from an original 1950’s Harley Davidson Sidecar. Base features include bike specific mounting hardware for most bikes, windshield with apron, tonneua cover, 16″ wire spoke wheel with tubeless tire, padded arm rests, passenger seat and carpeted floor mats. The Classic – another beautiful made in the USA sidecar from DMC of Texas. All hardware and frame work is finished in black powder coat, either gloss or satin, depending upon the model of motorcycle.

It's All About Vespa: Vintage Ads and Celebrities' Glamour on These Classic ScootersThe Vespa scooter, an emblem of style, functionality, and an era marked by post-war revival, carries with it a legacy that extends far beyond mere mobility. The first Vespa, the Vespa 98, rolled off the assembly line and quickly captured attention with its unconventional yet striking design. D’Ascanio’s MP6 prototype had its engine mounted beside the rear wheel. The MP6 design also included a single-sided front suspension, interchangeable front and rear wheels mounted on stub axles, and a spare wheel. Piaggio filed a patent for the Vespa scooter design in April 1946.

The Classic Vespa Calendar

One of my favorites from my time working at AsiaLIFE magazine in Saigon has got to be our classic Vespa pinup shoot. Track down some classic Vespa pinup images and recreate them with vinage inspired clothing, classic hairstyles, classic vespas adn lambrettas and cool vintage looking locations around Saigon. The inspiration came from, obviously, classic vespa pinup calendar photos. We set about recreating some classic Vespa Calendar photos.
