The Grimeca has a 12mm piston when the H/T has a 11mm one (H/T has better pressure cause of the smaller piston). Quality wise, I would say the H/T is better, especially when it comes to the little viewing "window". But, Grimeca gets a repair kit when H/T doesn't. If you want to run a bigger caliper (4 piston) you definitely need the Grimeca. H/T can't supply enough quantity.
