The MAX level mark indicates a quantity of around 1220 cc of engine oil. oil does NOT come out of the screwhole: the oil quantity in the hub, IS NOTadequate and it is necessary to carryout the top-up.
No notes on maintenance such as topping up or checking meaning it must be a sealed unit. Looks like it is one for Vespa to go figure. In a GTS 300 it is located at the front behind the front wheel, but in a 125 it is located directly at the right of the engine on the engine where you have the cooling fan in air cooled Vespa's. I did not study the 125 iget in detail to find out how the cooling actually works, maybe someone else here did. I guess behind the radiator there is a fan spinning constantly driven by the engine but where the air flow is going is not clear to me.
