The body looks like they've get liquid cooling in the workd. They probably made 946, and then kept making them, A lot of companies will do limited runs for a specific market, and then take the ones that don't sell in a particular market, and sell them in another. So if they made 946 for France, Germany, Italy, England, the US, Canada, they can move units from an underperforming market to one that is hot. The odds are they smartened up and didn't make a bunch of them until they had some sold. Personally I think it's a great bike, and I would love to own one with a 250 cc lq engine in it.
