DescriptionREGULATOR/RECTIFIER-PX WITH ELECTRIC START AC TURN SIGNALS (ORIGINAL VESPA) (58074R 29401650) Euro PX Electric start models with one blue power wire coming from the stator plate, that need a 12V AC/DC Regulator (5 pole regulator-rectifier) like this one The terminals marked (G G B+ C Ground). If you have an Original Vespa PX125, PX150 or PX200 with electric starter this is the correct voltage regulator, with the exception of the officially imported to USA like the 2005 PX150. Functions of the terminals on this voltage regulator are: Both G terminals are the AC shunt regulation for all lighting and will connect to the large Blue wire and Green wire. C terminal ties to the ignition switch and will show 12 volts DC when the ignition is switched on and is typically a Blue wire with a red tracer. Will NOT work with US imported 2005 Vespa PX150, all Genuine Stella scooters, or LML Indian made Vespa Clones.

Original clutch type of the Vespa PX150: Ø108mm - 6 springs, 22 teeth. This one still has the so-called small clutch type with 108mm diameter and 6 springs. The modular design of the PX motors makes it possible to use this type of clutch on all other large frame motors like the PX80 or PX125. Cylinders with a displacement of 177ccm or more should be converted to the larger clutch type with 115mm Ø. TIP: Especially recommended is the BGM Superstrong clutch which is not only indestructible but also very easy to operate.

The Polini Box exhaust is a very good alternative to the well known but aging SIP Road. The early and high torque application makes the Polini Box the ideal touring companion. The well thought out construction of the Polini exhaust makes it possible to keep the low and pleasant noise level of the system permanently. The Polini Box is built a little wider for more volume but not higher than an original exhaust. Either modify it accordingly or check if a too long distance piece was mounted between shock absorber and frame (Sprint / Rally = 26mm).

The tires were the Vee Rubber Performance Tires VRM155 and they were mounted on polished aluminum SIP tubeless rims. Has anyone had experience with the Vee Rubber Performance tire with its unique tread pattern? While the front tire looked fine, the rear tire looked badly worn (see photo).
