P200 is worth more than a P125, due to the extra speed capability of the larger engine. Also, if it's sitting on original shocks you'll need to replace those too. Decent looking registered riding examples of these scoots can range from $1200 to $2700... a wide range. BTW, it's not a PX.... it's a P. Not sure when they transitioned to the PX, but it was after Vespa left USA sales.... sometime after 1985. There are some PX models in the USA, like the special edition 2005 PX150, and some "grey" market imports.

its the P style body, formerly referred to as the P-2-common -the modern bike when I started riding-Fantastic bike, revv it all day long wide open throttle, hard to kill. Worth about $2500 in perfect shape. Sure its more powerful and fast, but the 125 has a peppy gearbox and can go up hills all day long. I put the DR177 kit with a Sito and 22mm carb and it is faster than a stock 200. thanks for the info. i knew all about the 200, but the 125 was new to me, i figured it was a europe only bike.
