whodatschrome parallelogramerist Joined:Posts: 5234quote Come to think of it, I think I just disassembled the headlight relay, cleaned up the contacts inside of the relay box with a tiny file and sandpaper, smeared a tiny bit of dielectric great on the contacts, then snapped the cover back on. I'll have to go over to the shop and look at the bike again to double check though. Cleaning up the contacts on the turn signal flasher relay definitely did not work for me (I tried about 6 times), but I never had to buy a new relay for my turn signal either...I just took the existing relay off of my T5 (PK turn signal flasher is the same) and put it on my PX.

I've owned this scooter for about a year now. I've rebuilt the clutch, rebuilt the carb (after accidentally getting a 24/24) and fixed a leaky fitting at the base of the oil tank. I've spent tons of time online looking - studying the parts suppliers and other web sites. None of the VIN identification sites for Vespas are helpful either. Does anyone know where I can find more information about this particular model of scooter?
