She likes it for the lower seat height but feels too far forward. So far the stock seat on my 2020 supertech is the best so far. The description is for a European gel seat claimed to be 1" lower than stock and give the rider more room. Like you, I went back to the stock SuperTech seat and am trying to just get accustomed to it.
