All other models, with a carburettor fitted, possess separate ignition coil and CDI components. Ignition coils are exposed to intensive use and can fail because of this. If your motor starts to misfire, it is mostly due to the ignition coils failing. Vespas are a single metal body frame - the other brands within piaggio are usually tube frames that then have plastic body pieces attached. Same engine and same or pretty much the same as far as other thing goes...the metal body is the MAIN difference7. What a wonderful surprise. Initially, I thought I would use this for "around town" riding, however I have now taken to the the highway. It has enough power to keep up with the bigger bikes ... and gets great gas milage. It always starts right up and continues to be my favorite mode of transportation. My only regret is that I did not get one sooner.
