The fact that both licensees and Piaggio themselves produced different versions of models for different markets doesn't make those versions 'wrong', merely not consistent with Italian market bikes. Or, as we were talking about here, Indonesian market Sprint Vs? And this is also interesting to collectors, in addition to the home market spec bikes. Or, as we were talking about here, Indonesian market Sprint Vs?See earlier discussions of headset differences here: have you ever seen this type of headset? SolvedHi Guys and GirlsGot a question I hope its an easy answer too. Using my vespa the other day (its been in a indoor parking garage for about a week since last use), it started fine, idle was good, but after about 5 min or less ofdriving it lost power. The idle is good and it seems that if I run it idle for a while I'll have a short window with power, before it bogs down again. It also seems if I pull the choke that it gets full power, but will then die on idle. Other useful info might be that its around 30degC where I live so its not a cold weather thing.
Every pre 74 (with the script not black letters) that I've checked have all been in line with the one year color. I remember the production being real low like around 5,000 a year until 74when I think the non-Veloce's production was replaced by the Veloce. At that time the Veloce's production numbers sky rocked all the colors plus a fewmore were used. At that time the Veloce's production numbers sky rocked all the colors plus a fewmore were used. Although mine is post 74 (1975) my veloce was silver originally. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they only did a color a year.

Vespa 150 Sprint / Veloce. Early models, called the Vespa Sprint, were made until 1974. Later models, called the Vespa Sprint Veloce, were made from 1969 to 1976. The big update with the Sprint Veloce was in the engine. However, all Sprint Veloces imported to the U.S. after 1973 had turn signals fitted as standard equipment in order to satisfy American regulations.
