Each power wire goes to a switch and then to the component it lights up. Green wire goes to junction box and to the handlebar switch to power the headlights. Yellow wire goes to junction box and to the handlebar switch to power the horn, speedo, and rear light. With all the wires unplug from the stator and handlebar switch, perform a conductivity test with each wire. Identify each wire coming out of the junction box with a wire going to the handlebar switch or brake switch and match up to diagram.

Information: With slight modification, Vespa PX handlebar levers can also be fitted to the small frame Vespa PK models. Now the PX lever fixing screw can be inserted, using an additional washer between the lever and headset to eliminate any mechanical play. The brake and clutch cables on your Vespa PK can then be adjusted and set up as before the optical and technical upgrade.
