Mounting hardware is ONLY included with the Vespa flat racks PR29PA or PR29PA-BK. TECH TIP - You will need a T30 Torx and a 5mm allen wrench to install the rack before you can fit this case. You will need to drill 4 small holes in the top case to mount the optional back rest pad.
Take the new 2015 Vespa Sprint. The Sprint is available in two sizes – a 20ish mph 50 cc version and the larger 150 cc model I was testing that seats two. For better or for worse, motor scooters with displacements of 150 cc and up are allowed on California highways. At $5,099, the Sprint 150 costs about twice as much as many scooters of this size.
