He's a mechanic and for this project wanted quick results and was happy to get an engine that didnt require any work. For cheaper than a 177 cylinder kit, I found my mate a Stella 150 motor with 200 k's on the clock. it does cost a bit more to rebuild than a Stella 150 motor too. you can always sell the engine on if you're not happy with your choice and go from there. you can always sell the engine on if you're not happy with your choice and go from there.

The Vespa VBC model was made from 1965 – 1979 and has a rounded front headlight with larger flat edges. Vespa 150 VBC Super scooters have newer lines and older wheels - VBC Super is almost identical to VLB Sprints except with a rounded headlight and smaller 8-inch wheels. Vespa Super 150 is a successor to the Vespa 125 and 150 VNA/VBB models. The Vespa 'Super' continued to be built with the same engine as it was already known from the VBB2, but with a new external ignition coil. Vespa Super body is basically a shrunken version of Vespa Sprint.
